Greetings to all of my readers in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I hope and pray as you read my lessons, you are getting some understanding about God's Word. Have any questions? subscribe to my website and let me know what's on your mind. At any time, you want to give your life to Christ I will have a short sinner's prayer at the bottom of this lesson. You can pray and ask Jesus into your heart and into your life. If you are interested and want a closer relationship with God and want to be saved, this prayer is a start for you to start living for God.
I've been talking a great deal on what people must do to repent with a genuine repentance. A repentance that changes you from inside out and you don't have to keep repenting over and over because with Jesus' one sacrifice, perfected us forever. Once we repent with all our heart, his work in calvary is sufficient so we won't need no more sacrifices for sin. His blood shed on calvary is powerful enough to make us new creatures. 11 Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
So that said, once you are transformed into a new person, there's no need to go back and do more sacrifices all over again like in the Old Testament when they offered animal sacrifices every day. This was how the law given to Moses was done. But we read now in the New Testament these were only shadows of better things to come. I am not saying that once you give your life to Christ, you will never sin again. When you start walking in this straight and narrow way, which is the way that will lead you to Heavan, you can fall and sin in ignorance because you are not too familiar with God's Word, but as time goes on, you will obtain more knowledge and resist temptation just like Jesus did when he was tempted by the devil during his ministry here on earth, but he defeated the devil with the Word of God and you will too.
To summarize this, when someone is not in Christ, they practice sin every day, but when you are in Christ, your desire now, is to do God's will. If you sin, you can ask forgiveness and God will forgive you. I urge you to read the book of 1 Juan Chapter 3, you will see what I'm talking about. Also, in the book of Hebrews, you will get a clearer view of God's plan of salvation. The title of this lesson exhorts us and ask us, isn't Christ sacrifice sufficient for us to overcome sin? We have to believe that it is.
Hebrews 10:26 reads Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, verse27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.
verse 28 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. verse 29 How much severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the son of God under foot, the blood of the covenant that sanctified us and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? verse 30 For we know him who said, it is mine to avenge; I will repay and again, The Lord will judge his people. verse 31 It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
My fellow readers, the Word of God is openly clear that almost any child can understand it. If we continue feeding the sinful flesh, we have not taken Jesus complete work in calvary seriously and we are playing with fire. We are trampling over his blood like he didn't suffer enough to save us. The continue sacrifices you are doing, are not doing you any good. God has rejected them and honestly you are just being religious, and God isn't listening to you. But when you confess him with your mouth and believe in your heart, thou shall be saved. Romans10:13 reads: for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord, (Jesus) will be saved. Call on him today, shout it Jesus!! save me!
Now Romans 10: 14, says: How then can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? and how can they hear without a preacher? Verse15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, how beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good news.
My fellow reader, (listener) I am here to proclaim the good news of salvation, God has called to herald the gospel. To tell you of God's great love and mercy. How he has prepared the table for you to come and eat of his goodness and bread of life and be fill with his Spirit. If the church, you are attending, doesn't proclaim Jesus as Lord and savior, if they are giving glory to some one that does not deserve the glory, then they are not preaching the true Jesus and the church does not have the whole truth, and they are misleading you and you cannot be saved, and you will be condemned and go to hell. So please keep reading my lessons because I promised you with God's mercy and love, these lessons will lead you to salvation.
Why don't you say this prayer with me, I feel God is talking to you right now. Say this prayer with me: God! save me! I believe that Jesus died and was buried and rose again from the dead. I believe that Jesus died on calvary to give me salvation through his blood he shed on calvary. I accept you as my personal savior, come into my heart now and dwell in me for the rest of my life. Cleanse me, sanctified me, forgive me of all of my sins, past, present. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. I am now your child and help me not to sin again. If you prayed this prayer with all your heart, Jesus will be with you, and he will help you not to sin and you will find salvation through his name.
Now, to all of you that read my lessons, God bless you in abundance and God keep you and heal you of any sickness or disease in your bodies in Jesus' name. If you want me to pray for you daily, subscribe to my website and give me your name so I can take it before God's throne of grace. Well until my next post, Jesus loves you and so do I.
