JESUS OUR HOPE TO ESCAPE THE FUTURE CATASTROPHES AND CHAOS OF THIS WORLD

Updated: 4 days ago

Greeting my fellow readers! So glad to bring to you another lesson of the Bible. The Bible is one of the most amazing book and the one most read. To those that have read it and have believed what's written, their lives have been completely transformed and they have found their salvation for their soul. But there are still those that have not believed but there's still hope that one day God can bring them into his kingdom and save them and be resurrected at Jesus second coming.

Well, I will start of by saying that we must prepare ourselves for one day be resurrected and meet the Lord Jesus Christ in the air. Yes, we will be resurrected from our graves and from this world in a twinkling of an eye. That is, if we have the right formula. What I mean by that, is that Jesus provided the way through his work in calvary by dying and shedding his blood. He was buried and rose again from the dead. He has given us the same victory and power. We will be able to say: O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? I will talk about these scriptures later on my next lesson. There is so much to say about God's future events that all of us need to know and prepare. I will talk about his blood what it means for us. Jesus will raise his church at the appropriate moment and time when future Catastrophes and the Antichrist strikes at full scale. You can read this in the book of 11 Thessalonians 2:1-12.

But if he should tarry, we will not give in to the Antichrist lies even if we have to give our lives. The Bible says in the book of Mark 8:35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. Verse 36 For what profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

For example, when the antichrist asks to be worship or he demands for you to deny Christ as your savior, will you listen to him and deny Jesus, and will you take the mark of the beast and worship him, and maybe the only way to buy food? Regardless of Jesus delaying his coming, we will not be blinded by his big lies when he presents himself to the world as the answer and solution to the world's Catastrophes. The world will be in chaos.

Many things are happening today, and these could be signs of the end times. We are already hearing many stories about food shortages. Could this be just a coincidence that we hear a lot about food shortages all over America and the price of food has skyrocketed. Well believe it or not, one of the horsemen of the Apocalypse, Rev. (6:5) when Jesus opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see, And I beheld and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand....and further down in verse 6 it says a measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny. Well the black horse depicts Famine.

What these scriptures are saying, food will be very scarce in those days because of the war that just took place in the second seal that was opened earlier.

The pandemic was a catastrophe in itself. Around three million died. There was nothing anyone could do. Mankind was so helpless and will be so helpless then. When God decides to put an end to this world just like he did in the last world in the days of Noah. Why did God end the last world? Well, the book of Genesis 6:5 reads: And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. He did end it with a flood. But he did promised Noah that he would never again end the world with a flood. He gave Noah a sign, every time it rains, a rainbow appears in the sky to remind us. So again, there's not a thing we can do, but to look unto God for help to escape what lies ahead. The Bible says that in the last days, people will not be able to buy or sale unless they have the mark of the beast, in the hand or the forehead. You can read these in the book of Revelation 13:16-17.

Well, today my beloved reader, I want to talk to you about the Resurrection of the Dead, so I will be reading today in the book of St. John 11:1 If you haven't heard about the resurrection of Lazarus, you will today. I'm not going to read through every verse for the sake of space, I will skip a few verses.

John 11: 1 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. verse 3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord , behold he whom thou lovest is sick. Verse 4 When Jesus heard that, he said, this sickness is not unto death but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Verse 5 Now Jesus loved Martha, her sister, and Larzarus. Verse 6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he stayed two more days in the same place where he was. Verse 11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Verse 12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleeps, he shall do well. verse 13 Howbeit Jesus spoke of his death; but they thought that he had spoken of taking a rest in sleeping. Verse 14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. Verse 15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless, let us go unto him.

Now we read that Jesus loved Lazarus and of course he loves us also and is willing to do anything to save us. Jesus has feelings just like us. He understands and knows our feelings as well. He was also tempted, in Hebrews 2:18 reads; Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. That's why he can help us in anything we are going through. Now we just read that Jesus delayed two more days to come where Lazarus was. When Jesus arrives, Lazarus has already died. Now we can learn a few things here. Jesus told the disciples that Lazarus sickness was not unto death but for the glory of God, that the son of God might be glorified thereby. He wanted to get this across them that he was the Resurrection of the dead and when every believer who dies in Christ, they will also be raised from the dead. He was about to show them just that by performing the great miracle of raising Lazarus from the dead, we will read this a little further down. Well, we know that a deceased person will start decaying and will start to have a bad odor after four days. Jesus was about to perform a greater miracle being that Lazarus had started to decay. And for us, we will also die one day, and it doesn't matter how long we have been in the grave, he will raise us up just the same. Glory To God!

Now before we go any further, let's get a little background knowledge of this little town call Bethany, I will tell you a little history of it. This little village was where Martha, Mary and Lazarus lived. Bethany means house of affliction or house of misery. It is said that many sick people with contagious diseases lived here. Also called house of figs because many fig trees grew there. Bethany was the place where Jesus heals Simon the leper and where Jesus was Anointed by Mary. The name Bethany is derived from the word Bethel meaning The House of God. Many miracles were performed here. Many people were restored. Doesn't this sound like our houses of God today, where many miracles are taking place? Where many are being restored? Bethany was about a mile and a half from Jerusalem. Many tourists and Jews that came from Galilee, passed through Bethany to avoid going through Samaria for the Jews didn't get along with each other. The town of Bethany was the place where Jesus last saw his disciples before he ascended up to heaven. The town of Bethany was at the foot of the Mount of Olives. (Luke 19:29) This Mount of Olives is the Mount where one day Jesus will set foot.

If we read the book of Zechariah 14: 3-4 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount shall split in half therefore toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley and half of the mountain shall be removed toward the north, and half of it toward the south. Wow! what an important piece of history on this little village. Want to expand your knowledge my friend? Well, the sky is the limit. Hundreds of books are at our disposal to learn about the Bible. The Bible is so full of knowledge and wisdom and Mysteries. Those of us that have had our share of secular education, have found it so satisfying and rewarding.

My fellow readers! Believe it or not, this Bible knowledge will one day take us out of this world to meet God in heaven. Now when we want to fly in airplane in this world from one place to another, we need to buy a ticket. Now the ticket to heaven is Jesus and you can learn about Jesus in the Bible. Now I want to read down to John 11:21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. Verse 23 Jesus saith unto her, thy brother shall rise again. Verse 24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Verse 25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. Verse 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? Verse 27 She saith unto him, Yes Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come unto the world.

Well, talking about Martha's unanswered prayer, we don't get all our prayers answered either, do we? Martha didn't get her prayer answered when she wanted but Jesus knew when it would be the right time. But some of our prayers he does answer rather quickly. Why is that? Well, God's timing is not our timing and God's thoughts are not our thoughts. When he doesn't answer a prayer at all, it means whatever we are asking in prayer, could have done us more harm than good. Other prayers he delays because he wants to build our faith, patience and trust in him. Some of us get really discouraged sometimes that we stop praying and we never get what we were asking for. And when he answers rather quickly, it's because he wants to show us that he loves us and to let us know that he is listening and shows us that he is always there and in control. Just trust him that he will pull you through whatever trial you're going through and he always knows best.

About Jesus delaying his trip to come see Lazarus turned out to be a greater miracle than if he would have come in time and heal Lazarus of his sickness. He raised him from the dead, now isn't that a greater miracle. I'm sure more people started to trust and follow Jesus that day. God works in mysterious ways sometimes; he thinks different than we do. His actions have better results than ours. When he raised Lazarus, he gave us a brief glimpse on how it will be when he calls us out of our graves. Maybe we will hear our name called like he called out Lazarus from the dead or maybe he will call in a loud voice and say RISE! and only the ones that died in Christ will hear that call. and we will receive our glorified body that the Bible talks about in Philippians 3:21 and 11 Corinthians 5:1.

So, my reader, if you bring your petitions and needs before God and he doesn't answer right away, remember what I said. When we learn to trust Jesus, everything is going to be fine. God knows what he is doing. Now I want to say this because it dwells heavy in my heart. In the case when our loved ones getting sick and we want God to heal them so much and he doesn't, we become sad, and sorrow fills our hearts because God didn't answer our prayer. We wanted God to do a miracle, but he didn't. Now my older brother passed away on October 4 ,2022, I prayed and prayed for God to heal him, but he didn't. He died of his sickness, and I was heartbroken because I believed in a God of miracles, but he didn't perform a miracle on my brother.

But because I am human, I was heartbroken, but I have to understand that life has to take its course and all of us will have to die some time. The Bible says that Jesus died for our sicknesses and our pain and for our sins. Can we maintain good health if we apply God's promises to our lives? The answer is yes. God has healed me of many of my sicknesses during my lifetime. I am a Bible believer and believe every Word and promise that Jesus left us. Mark 16:18 says and ye shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. I have prayed for many sick people and God has healed them and some he hasn't. Only he knows why. And in the case of my brother, this was one of my prayers God didn't answer. So, am I going to stop believing that God can heal? Most definitely not. We will never know all of God's will and what he will do and not do. But in the Bible, God can reveal to us why he doesn't answer all of our petitions.

Well, my follow listeners, you have to stick around because I will explain later on another lesson, what we must do to make sure we will be raised after we die. Our journey doesn't end when we die, it ends when we are taken out of our graves and are lifted up into glory and given a heavenly body to be with the Lord. There is where our journey will end.

Well, I normally try to keep my thoughts a little short but today I went a little longer. I will close now but this lesson deserves a continuation. I'll get busy on my continuation and try to have it in a few days. Until then, may God keep you safe and stay close to God. Don't wonder off and let Satan steal what God has laid in your heart today. Let the Holy Spirit talk to you and do meditate on what I have prepared for you this day. Applied this truth to your life and God will remember you in that day when he comes back. (PRAY) Until next time and God bless all who have listen to my words. Cipriano Tristan Jr.
