WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT PERISH

Greetings my beloved readers! It is so good to be able to come to you again with a new thought, and with God's help, will increase your knowledge in God's Word and to discover the considerable love God has for all of us.

I will read in the book of St John 3:16-19 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved, he that believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation that the light has come into the world, and men loved more darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Now all these scriptures that I read to you give us a very clear view concerning our salvation. This is God's goal. To save all mankind. So, the Bible is full of important information on how to find the salvation of your soul. If we accept what God is saying, we will have life eternal or if we reject his free gift of salvation we will be condemn. John 3:16 is one of the most well-known scriptures in the whole Bible because it tells us of God's great love toward the whole world. And how he gave his only begotten son to die in the cross. No one has proven such great love that one would give his life to save us from the condemnation of our sins.

The book of Isiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Now among the Jews, names and titles were so important When the Jews read Isiah 9:6 they understood that this son of God was given the names and titles of Mighty God, Everlasting Father. In the time when Jesus was preaching the Kingdom of God the Pharisees many times criticize him and they would tell him you being a man make yourself God. It was so obvious in Jesus' ministry, when he walked on water, when he calmed the storms and the winds, he raises the dead, he spoke with such love there was no doubt that God gave himself to die for all the sins of the world. If you love someone, you will not send someone else to tell them you love them, but you will go personally, wouldn't you? The Son of God can save us today. The angel Gabriel told Mary and he shall be called the son of God.

In the book of 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness; God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

We can say that Jesus is the son of God because that's what he was to be called. There's a lot of reasons why he had to be called the son of God and play the role of the son. I will give a few examples but there are many. If people don't know that Jesus is God in the flesh they will atomically assume there is two persons involved and they divide God into two Gods. And they will be in total confusion that they won't know who to worship and they will end up worshipping the son, one person, and God a second person. And God says in his word thou shall have no other gods before me. Only God must we worship but through the son.

God could not have come to this world as God because if that was the case, everyone would have bowed down and worship him. And also, Jesus as the son of God gave us an example how to pray to the father and depend on God for guidance. When every believer receives Christ, he will receive the spirit of Christ so then we also will cry out Abba Father and ask and pray to God in heaven just like Jesus did. If God would have come to this earth as God, who would he pray to and how would he show us how to pray. But being a son, he could then cry out unto God. And we must follow Jesus' example. I have more lessons on this subject about God becoming a man and walked among us, that I will bring to you later in my lessons.

The scripture that we read earlier whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. Now the definition of perish means will suffer death, typically in a violent, sudden, or untimely way. Suffer complete ruin or destruction. (The old regime had to perish) What does the Bible mean by perish? To suffer a spiritual death: (Save us, lest we perish.) This spiritual death is separation from God for ever. No more hope of ever being saved from your iniquity and Satan. You will never have eternal life nor enter heaven with those that did believe in the son of God, Christ our Lord. Why won't you accept God's gift of salvation? He gives us a chose. We must choose and make the right decision.

Now the scriptures say that Jesus came not to condemn us but to save us. God gave us a chance to be forgiven of our many sins. But the scriptures also say that if we don't believe in him, we are condemning ourselves. Why are we condemning ourselves? In first place, God considers us already lost without hope and distant from him because of the Adam sin in us.

Romans 8:13 for if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. and also, in Romans 8:6 the mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace.

Now the scriptures also say that if we don't believe in the name of the only begotten son of God we are condemn. Now God in this miraculous plan of salvation, gave us his name so that we can find forgiveness in his name. It is God and him alone we have offended, broken his laws, have been disobedient, so He is the only one that can forgive us. That's why it is important that we believe in the name of the only begotten son of God.

The scriptures that we read also say that the light has come into the world and that men loved more darkness than light because their deeds were evil. Now God is light, he is Holy, he also gives life to men to live but also the spiritual light that can make us new again.

In John 1:4-5 reads: In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness comprehended it not. Now men's deeds are evil, and they don't want the light of Christ to shine on them because believe it or not, they want to continue sinning.

God help those that don't want to be forgiven and be saved. Satan has blinded them so severely, that they can't even think right to realize they are in darkness and darkness will only lead to a place called hell. God will give men many opportunities to be saved, but everything has a limit, and all opportunity is no longer available, men cannot be saved.

The Bible says that in the last days God will even harden their hearts to believe the lie of the Antichrist. Let us read 11 Thessalonians 2:8-12 And then shall the wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming; even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Some might think why God is sending a delusion that they should believe a lie. Well, they already chose this path, the thing is, now it is too late for God to do anything. I mentioned earlier that men loved darkness more than light because their deeds were evil. God allows demons to take controlled of their lives since they chose the path of Satan and his evil deeds. Demons will dominate them and eventually destroy them.

Humanity today is allowing evil spirits to come and take possession of their lives when they reject Jesus as the Massiah and savior. Men chose to continue in sin, Satan's servants which were angels from heaven that followed Satan, that are now called demons or evil spirits when the devil was cast down from heaven because of his rebellion.
